The first group of above-ground pest discussed in this article is called the Aphids. The attacks of the Aphids can be seen under portable field microscopes.  According to this article Aphids can be prevented by covering the plant with aluminum foil. Another trick to trap Aphids is by making water trap using a painted shallow pan filled with soapy water. If the colonies of Aphids are on the leaves, it should be removed and destroyed immediately.
